World Aral Region Charity

The World Aral Region Charity is a non-profit engaging youth in Eurasia and the United States in innovative ecological advocacy through engineering, education, research, and cultural initiatives.

World Aral Region Charity (WARC) is a regional nonprofit focused on raising awareness about the environmental crisis in the Aral Sea region and supporting sustainable development efforts through education, youth engagement, and community-based research.

I joined WARC three years ago and have since grown into the role of Administrative Leader. In this position, I oversee internal coordination, guide team leads across various project streams, and help shape the organization’s yearly outreach efforts. My responsibilities have included organizing weekly meetings, building a curriculum, helping draft reports, and building partnerships with schools, volunteers, and local institutions.

In 2023–2024, I also worked as a Research Assistant on a collaborative project titled "Group Model Building with Rural Youth for a Social-Ecological Model on Environmental Degradation in Karakalpakstan", under the guidance of international researchers. My work involved conducting statistical analysis, content coding, and causal loop modeling using VENSIM. The findings were presented at an academic conference hosted by Dutch-Kazakh University in Almaty.
